Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnn Kymes and her were two of the youngest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss - born on the 23rd of July 1971 is an American bluegrass and country vocalist. Alison Maria Krauss began her career in music at a young age she was winning competitions in her local area at the age of 10. The singer-songwriter recorded her first album at fourteen. The year 1987 was when she dropped her debut solo album following being signed to Rounder Records. She was a part of the group which she continues to perform, Alison Krauss Union Station. They released their first album in 1989.
